like being dragged along an avalanche, the driving of the drums like a pumping heartbeat, the riff changes, growling vocals and distortion like a smothering weight suffocating you until you surface back into open sky again with the despair filled shouts and melodic, keening guitar lead. hearing some agalloch influence, but much heavier.
Favorite track: Dragged Fears & Drowned Bones.

Once again recorded, mixed & mastered by Javi Félez at Moontower Studios, Barcelona (Graveyard, Teitanblood, Foscor, etc) and astounding artwork by Adam Burke (Loss, Occultation, Vektor, Evoken, etc).

The hefty and dire atmosphere is perfectly accentuated by that melodic guitar tone that weaves its way through each sprawling track adding clarity and beauty. However, it is all ripped down and muddied by the sinister vocals, which are that gravelly deep tone that befits both death and doom so wonderfully. The pacing and song lengths on this album are spot on, and it again hits that sweet spot between both genres. When it veers into some more sludgy or brutal points, it is absolutely crushing.
